Subsidiary company "Teplotekhnoservice" LLC of the "Teplotekhnika Group" was founded in 2006 to operate within Ukraine's unified energy system. For many years, the company has been actively involved in the field of heat supply, providing reliable heat energy supply to various facilities. The company holds licenses for the production, transportation, and supply of heat energy, allowing it to successfully service numerous residential, commercial, and governmental buildings.
To reduce the financial burden on subscribers, the company continuously implements energy efficiency measures at generation facilities. Currently, work is underway to install cogeneration equipment at the boiler house in the Nadnipryanske settlement.
Heat Generation and Sale
Currently, "Teplotekhnoservice" operates four gas-fired boiler houses that provide heat energy to the following facilities:
- Kherson Centralized Library System;
- Institute of Irrigated Agriculture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine;
- First Aid Post (FAP) of the Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after O.S. Luchansky;
- Kindergarten No. 55 of the Kherson City Council;
- Nadnipryanske Postal Facility, Dnipro District;
- Kherson City Perinatal Center II Level named after Z.S. Klimenko;
- Executive Committee of the Nadnipryanske Village Council;
- Residential apartment building on 49th Guards Division Street in Kherson;
- Seven apartment buildings in the Nadnipryanske settlement.
Technical Operation and Management of Boiler Houses
In addition to facilities where we generate and sell heat energy, we also provide technical operation services for other boiler houses, where the clients own the equipment but require specialized management. Key Technical Operation Facilities:
- Solid-fuel boiler house of the Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University. This important facility supplies the university with heat from alternative energy sources. We fully manage the operation of this facility, providing comprehensive boiler equipment management services.
- Four condominium associations (OSBB) of apartment buildings with their own gas-fired boiler houses. We manage and operate the boiler houses for these buildings, ensuring comfortable conditions for residents through professional heating system management.
