Repair Division

- Gas equipment testing stand. Used for adjusting and testing gas regulation units, pressure regulators, and gas flow regulators, as well as checking the operation of safety mechanisms (PZK, PSK) and other gas equipment, ensuring its safe and efficient operation.
- Pump equipment testing stand. The modern Grundfos flow testing stand allows us to test, diagnose, repair, and adjust pump equipment, including circulation pumps, deep well pumps, and pressure-boosting pumps.
Commissioning Works
The commissioning department offers a full range of services for setting up gas equipment, instrumentation, and automation systems. We perform:
- Programming of modern controllers;
- Optimization of existing equipment, developing strategies for the optimal integration of various equipment (e.g., heat pumps with photovoltaic systems and gas boilers);
- Remote monitoring setup and SCADA system implementation.
The department includes two laboratories:
- Emissions monitoring laboratory. Conducts sampling and measures the concentration of harmful substances during commissioning work on gas equipment, as well as emissions inventory and measurement of gas-dust stream parameters.
- Chimney-ventilation channel inspection laboratory. Specializes in measuring draft in the chimneys of boiler houses and heating systems, as well as determining the air exchange rate in boiler rooms. This ensures the optimal operation of ventilation systems and prevents issues with chimney functioning.
