The engineering projects of the Teplotekhnika Group are managed by UKRNDIINZHPROJECT-SOUTH LLC, which became an integral part of the group in 2010. Previously, this enterprise operated as the Southern Branch of PJSC "UkrNDIinzhproject," specializing in developing building codes for gas supply, heat supply, and boiler systems. Thus, the project experience of "UKRNDIINZHPROJECT-SOUTH" spans over 50 years.
Our company provides comprehensive solutions in engineering, including design, consulting, and construction management. We apply the latest technologies to ensure energy efficiency and sustainable infrastructure development, specializing in heat supply, heating, ventilation, water supply, and drainage systems.
Consulting and Construction Management
We participate in international projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and modernizing heat supply systems in Ukraine. Our consulting services cover all stages: from design to the implementation of engineering systems, including heating, water supply, and drainage. Our specialists are certified in fields such as consulting engineering, technical supervision, energy auditing, and design.
We offer:

- Energy Consulting: analysis and implementation of energy efficiency solutions for enterprises and residential buildings.
Our Key Achievements:
- Participation in a subcontract with Grontmij AB in Varash, Rivne region (2015).
- Development and implementation of energy efficiency projects funded by NEFCO, such as the "Green School" (2016, Antonivka) and the Trofimenko City Hospital in Kherson (2017).
- Collaboration with Sweco (Sweden) on feasibility studies for major repairs of IHPs in Kyiv (2018) and public buildings in Cherkasy and Lutsk.
- Joint project with World Bank Ukraine, #UDHEEP, "Improving Energy Efficiency in Ukraine’s Centralized Heating Sector" (2017-2022) — acted as key experts for constructing five boiler houses and a heating point in Kherson.
- Project "Promoting Social Infrastructure Development (UFSI V)" (2018) — our specialists performed project documentation analysis, evaluated construction quality, and developed recommendations for issue resolution.
- Project "Sweden-Ukraine: Support for District Heating (SUDH)" (2019-2022) in Vinnytsia, Mariupol, Brovary, and Poltava. Our team was responsible for developing feasibility studies and overseeing implementation.
Design
UKRNDIINZHPROJECT-SOUTH LLC has years of experience in solving engineering challenges of any complexity level. Our specialists hold the necessary certifications for work in the following areas:

- Preparation of project and estimate documentation for construction, reconstruction, and major repairs of heat supply, gas supply, water supply, drainage, ventilation, and air conditioning facilities.

Key Projects
Over 1996-2024, more than a thousand heat supply facilities have been designed, including:
- Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Combine,
- "Integrated Agro Systems," Hola Prystan,
- "Protein Agro," Kakhovka,
- Lutsk Automobile Plant,
- Kharkiv Tractor Plant,
- Odesa Railway, among others.
We also developed nine heat supply schemes for settlements in Kherson, Cherkasy, and Chernivtsi regions. Eleven gas supply system development schemes were completed for administrative districts in the Kherson region.
To implement the "Drinking Water" program, optimization schemes for water supply and drainage systems were developed for eight settlements in the Kherson region.
In 2010-2011, our company participated in developing the Kyiv Region Energy Saving Program.
For project, educational, and training activities, a design department and a student design bureau were established within the Hydraulic and Water Supply
Department at Kherson Agricultural University. Their purpose is to design modern water supply and wastewater systems and develop optimization schemes for water supply in populated areas.
