Our software product is a tool designed to simplify the implementation of apartment-based distribution, automate the process of recording and distributing energy costs in multi-apartment buildings. This system enables transparent calculations of each resident's expenses, granting them full control over consumption. The analytics module facilitates continuous automatic energy management, identifying areas with abnormally high or low energy costs.
The system automatically collects data from metering devices and allocates resources, generating information for precise billing based on actual consumption in accordance with the "Methodology for distributing the volumes of consumed public utilities among consumers in buildings" from 22.11.2018 № 315.
We have combined the functions of a billing center, an analytics department, and a personal account for owners into a single ecosystem to provide the best services in the housing and utilities sector.
Application Scope
- Heat distribution in buildings equipped with allocation devices
- Buildings with combined systems (allocation device, apartment meter, autonomous heating, apartments without metering)
- Buildings without allocation devices (apartment meter, autonomous heating, apartments without metering)
- Version 2.0 will also allow the distribution of hot and cold water
Key Features
- Versatility: Works with heat allocation devices from any manufacturer. Utilize all available features of our system with equipment from other manufacturers.
- Personal Account: Allows users to control expenses, generate detailed breakdowns, view daily updated energy efficiency ratings, access feedback forms, news, documents, and other useful functions.
- Detailed Analytics and Statistics: Stores billing history, provides consumption statistics, and evaluates user energy efficiency. This data can be used to implement additional energy-saving measures.
- Metering Device Health Monitoring: Daily monitoring of equipment status and detailed reports support device operation for up to 10 years.
- Integration with Third-Party Programs: Allows data transfer to management companies, HOAs, and heating supply organizations using other accounting programs via API.
- Ease of Use: The program’s intuitive interface makes it simple and accessible for all tasks.
- Updates: The program is constantly updated to reflect changes in legislation.
Our Clients
- Apartment Residents: Often face high heating bills without the ability to control temperature or costs. Our system allows them to monitor consumption and reduce expenses.
- Heating Supply Companies: Transitioning to a new heat distribution model is essential, and our system helps automate this process, giving consumers more control over heating.
- Management Companies: The system optimizes expenses and reduces the need for large monitoring staff. With remote data collection and analysis, companies can offer high-quality services to consumers.
- Commercial Buildings with DH: Companies can analyze consumption and manage the heat or coolant supply to individual building spaces.

Installation of Individual Heating Points (IHP)
Individual Heating Points (IHP) are systems that automatically regulate the heat supply to individual buildings or apartments. They adapt heating to changing weather conditions, reducing energy costs by optimizing heat supply through modern technologies that adjust pressure, temperature, and coolant flow rate, improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
